Sr. Jane Frances Nalwanga, is a Certified Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR) Officer with over 25 years of experience in the disability and community development sector. Her expertise in programme coordination, community engagement, and partnership building has contributed significantly to improving the social and economic wellbeing of Children with Disabilities and their communities.

Richard Kawemba
Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
Richard has over 8 years of development experience, specializing in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supplies Management and has successfully contributed to both private and public sector programs. Throughout his career, he has led and supported initiatives in coordination, management, and M&E, ensuring effective delivery of projects and measurable results.

Finance and Admin Manager
Ritah Nakazibwe is a seasoned finance professional with 18 years of experience in accounting and financial management. She holds a degree in accounting and a post graduate in finance, she has served in various capacities, overseeing financial operations, budgeting, and compliance in nonprofit sectors.

She is deeply committed to promoting equal access to quality learning for children and youth with disabilities, and to creating safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environments where every learner is empowered to thrive.

Experienced occupational therapist with 5 years in diverse healthcare settings, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, special needs schools, and national and international NGOs. Committed to delivering comprehensive care and support to individuals in need.

Department Head: Climate Resilience Livelihoods
Arthur Nsubuga has over 30 years of experience in agribusiness management. He has extensive expertise in Sustainable Agriculture for Rural Development (SARD), Indigenous Microorganism (IMO) technology, Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs), Integrated Pest Management (IPM), livestock & crop production, market linkages, and Climate Smart Agriculture practices. He leads farmer initiatives aimed at promoting sustainable agricultural production.
