Programme Coordinator

Hildah is a community psychologist and child protection advocate with over 8 years of experience in youth empowerment, gender equality, and psychosocial support. She works to promote the well being, safety, and rights of vulnerable children, with a strong focus on family strengthening, prevention of gender-based violence, and supporting children’s mental health and resilience. She is deeply committed to creating safe, nurturing environments where every child can grow, learn, and thrive free from abuse and neglect.

Richard Kawemba

Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

Richard has over 8 years of development experience, specializing in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supplies Management and has successfully contributed to both private and public sector programs. Throughout his career, he has led and supported initiatives in coordination, management, and M&E, ensuring effective delivery of projects and measurable results.

Ritah Nakazibwe is a seasoned finance professional with 18 years of experience in accounting and financial management. She holds a degree in accounting and a post graduate in finance, she has served in various capacities, overseeing financial operations, budgeting, and compliance in nonprofit sectors.

Mohamed Kamya

Department Head: Inclusive Health

Experienced occupational therapist with 5 years in diverse healthcare settings, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, special needs schools, and national and international NGOs. Committed to delivering comprehensive care and support to individuals in need.

Martha is a dedicated Special Needs Education teacher with over 15 years of experience and a strong passion for inclusive education. She is deeply committed to promoting equal access to quality learning for children and youth with disabilities, and to creating safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environments where every learner is empowered to thrive.

Immaculate Nampeera is an experienced community worker specializing in supporting orphans and vulnerable children. She is also a trained mental health facilitator, providing psychosocial support and counseling to individuals suffering from depression.
