CHIN implements inclusive health initiatives in Mukono District, with a focus on ensuring equitable access to quality healthcare for marginalized groups, particularly persons with disabilities. At our center, we provide a comprehensive range of services including supporting surgical interventions, medical assessments, and medication to address diverse health needs. Our daily activities include physical therapy, occupational therapy, and specialized community-based rehabilitation services, all designed to enhance the well-being and functionality of children with disabilities. Additionally, we work closely with Village Health Teams who provide ongoing support and care within communities, ensuring that children with disabilities receive the assistance they need.
